The works can be done in
A4 size (2480x3508px = 21x29,7cm) with 300dpi12x8" = 20x30 cm (2362x3543px) with 300dpi
Will do:

Fanart
Up to 3 characters per commission
Won't do:
Feet fetish / Wierd fetish (what may be normal to you may look wierd to me so we need to discuss)
Mechas / Gore / Underage porn or ecchi.
Prices: The prices below work only for non-commercial commissions and they are base prices
